Jermann Vinnae Ribolla Gialla from Venezia Giulia is a bone-dry, medium-bodied white wine revealing intense, perfumed aromas of jasmine, honeysuckle, pink peppercorn, dried thyme, Asian pear and white peach with roasted hazelnut, yellow apple snap and tangy, palate-cleansing lime notes on the crisp palate that shows finesse yet is opulent and savoury. Serve it chilled with grilled branzino with herbs and lemon, where the wine's sleek profile and vibrant acidity complement the delicate white-fleshed fish while its aromatic notes echo the fresh aromatics, or pair it with prosciutto di San Daniele and melon as the wine's fragrant character and taut structure cut through the silky cured ham while harmonizing with the sweet fruit. Winemaker Silvio Jermann oversees production at this legendary Friuli estate, which pioneered modern white winemaking in Italy and has become renowned for showcasing indigenous varieties like Ribolla Gialla with elegance and complexity. This aromatic, vibrant wine should be enjoyed now through 2026.

Ribolla Gialla food pairings: seacuterie, grilled white-fleshed fish, salads.
