From Christian and Edouard Moueix and produced by Jean-Pierre Moueix who is also the owner and producer of several prestigious crus, including Château La Fleur-Pétrus, Château Trotanoy and Château Hosanna in Pomerol; Château Bélair-Monange Premier Grand Cru Classé in Saint-Émilion and, Dominus Estate and Ulysses in Napa Valley, California. From one of Bordeaux's hottest and driest vintages in half a century, this Right Bank 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc red wine blend is fragrant, elegant and opulent with juicy plum, blueberry, dark raspberry, savoury herbs, chocolate and toasty oak spice flavours generous on the palate. Pour with a grilled striploin steak done rare.
