Lots of racy acidity on the palate of this crisp white wine. Clean and fresh with lemon sunshine in this Old World Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley. Signature Sancerre. Perfect for seafood and shellfish. Fresh and crisp with lots of minerality in this Loire Sauvignon Blanc.

Sancerre food pairings: freshwater fish, seafood, shellfish, goat cheese.

Reviews and Ratings

Matt Steeves - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

A delicious Sauvignon Blanc loaded with crisp orchard fruit but without the harsh acid that some fear, and others love, in dry white wines. Great balance, fruit, with refreshing minerality, that would be wonderful when enjoyed with seafood and summer salads with creamy goat cheese. Tasted January 2017. 91 points. Clean and fresh with lemon sunshine in this Old World Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley. Signature Sancerre. The Sauvignon Blanc blend of wines for this wine came from caillottes stony soil and Kimmeridgian marl. The wine has the typical minerality that come from these soils, good acidity to fruit, with great ageing potential. - Community Wine Reviews
