Some oxidative notes on the nose with lemon custard, ripe white-fleshed stone-fruits on the palate. Chill and enjoy with . Enjoy with mature, semi-soft cheeses, escargots in garlic-lemon butter.

Jean-Marc Brocard Vau De Vay 2015 is a Premier Cru Chablis produced from 20-year-old Chardonnay vines. Slightly oxidative on the nose with more lemon curd and fresh, ripe white-fleshed stone fruit on the palate. Enjoy with green salads topped with grilled chicken breast. - Community Wine Reviews
