The 20-year-old Chardonnay vines that create this wine are planted with an eastern exposure on a 38% slope and are organically farmed. Vibrant, almost quivering in its energy. Lovely aromas of lime, lemon zest, and white peach. Clean and fresh without oak. Pair with shellfish.

Chablis food pairings: raw oysters on the half shell with raspberry mignonette, smoked whitefish, crab cakes and aioli sauce.

Light and crisp with citrus and floral notes. A simple and zesty Chablis. Enjoy with grilled chicken and green salads. Tasted by @sommsosa | bespoketastings.ca
From the Burgundy wine region, Jean-Marc Brocard Vau De Vay (2014) is a Premier Cru Chablis with vibrant acidity and zesty lime, lemon zest. No oak here, just freshness and pure energy. Can cellar for a couple of years. - Community Wine Reviews
