Jean-Marc Brocard Sainte Claire Chablis is a bone-dry, medium-bodied white wine from vines planted 30 years ago, revealing notes of nectarine, mandarin and lime zest with a pristine stony undertone, while the zesty palate offers bright green and golden apple, grapefruit-lemon zest, herbal notes and saline mineral flavors with a silky texture. Serve it chilled with fresh oysters on the half shell, where the wine's pristine minerality and bright acidity echo the briny, ocean-fresh flavors, or pair it with pan-seared halibut with lemon-caper butter as the wine's citrus zest and mineral character cut through the richness while complementing the delicate fish. Winemaker Julien Brocard represents the fourth generation of his family to craft Chablis at this historic estate founded by Jean-Marc Brocard in 1973, which has grown to become one of the largest quality producers in the appellation while maintaining exceptional standards across their range. This wine is so good chilled and can be enjoyed in all its freshness now or cellared through 2032.

Chablis food pairings: pan-fried halibut steaks, fish tacos, oysters on the half shell, steamed mussels.
