Nice balance here from a cool year. Lots of blackberry and mocha and dark chocolate aromas. Smooth and full-bodied.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: hearty meat dishes with autumn veggies.

Reviews and Ratings

The grapes for this wine are grown at high altitudes, thus hilltop in Paso Robles. The grapes are picked mid morning to preserve their freshness. The 2011 vintage was a cool one in this Californian of Paso Robles, usually a warm region. - Community Wine Reviews
