Attractive aromas of chocolate, toasty oak and smoke on the nose of this red wine with a firm grip on the palate. Nice balance in this Californian Cabernet. The 2013 vintage was a strong one in this Californian of Paso Robles, a warm region. Lots of blackberry and mocha and dark chocolate notes on the finish. Smooth and full-bodied. Pair with a rare steak.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: hearty meat dishes with autumn veggies, rib eye steak on the barbie, meat lover's pizza.
