A bone-dry Sauvignon Blanc fragrant with white florals, with tropical fruit, fresh thyme, lemongrass and lime zest flavours on the palate, finishing long and flinty with mouth-watering acidity. Pair with artichoke and asiago cheese dip.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: Thai green curry fish, fresh oysters on the half shell, chicken and sage skewers, pan-fried freshwater fish.

Reviews and Ratings

From Arroyo Seco, Monterey County J. Lohr Flume Crossing 2018 Sauvignon Blanc is fragrant with grassy, lemon thyme and green bean aromas on the nose. Bone-dry, and very pleasing with fresh cut grass, tropical fruit notes, dried savoury herbs and lime zest in total balance on the palate with a mouth-watering and flinty finish. Nicely done. Pair with a roasted sweet onion, asparagus and artichoke galette. - Community Wine Reviews
