Reviews and Ratings

Jisun Hahn CAPS Certified Somm rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Luscious is the word that comes to mind when first tasting this wine. Not surprising considering this Cabernet Sauvignon hails from Paso Robles in California, a region known for their ripe, bold wines. The tannins are smooth and the palate becomes draped in chocolate, dark ripe cherries and juicy black plums. For food pairings, all I can envision is BBQ ribs dripping in a honey mesquite BBQ sauce with sweet grilled corn. Enjoy now to the next 3 years.
From the Paso Robles, California, Irony Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 is lush with dark plum, berry and chocolate flavours on the palate. Tannins are velvety. Irony wines came to be when two brothers, as children, spent long days in the vineyard helping their grandfather. Once they left for college, they swore they would never come back. And, well, you know found their way back to home, winery and vineyard. And the irony is Jay and Chris Indelicato are very happy doing it. - Community Wine Reviews

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
