Full-bodied, textbook Californian chardonnay: butter, oak and some peach. “Irony” refers to owners Jay and Chris Indelicato when they were young men and left the family winery to pursue other careers. Years later, they returned home to the family business and represent the third generation of the Delicatos to make wine. Here's to them!

Chardonnay food pairings: lobster in butter sauce, beef bourguignon, cheese, poultry, spiced grilled seafood.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
