A smoky, luscious Sauvignon Blanc that's been aged in oak barrels, which also adds a creamy texture and less tart acidity. Notes of lemongrass, lime and golden apple. Perfect for pork chops.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: mint lamb; baked goat cheese brie; cold pesto and bean salad.

Harvested from select vineyards in the Niagara Peninsula these grapes were gently destemmed
and crushed immediately upon arrival at the winery. The juice was allowed to
cold settle for 24 hours before racking clean and fermented in new and older French
barrels. After 3 months the wine was racked into stainless steel to await bottling.

Hints of fresh cut grass along with refreshing lime compliment the subtle vanilla oak overtones all balanced by clean crisp acidity

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
