Chardonnay food pairings: sushi, omelettes, grilled shrimp and calamari, red and white sauce pastas, lively fruit and vegetable salads and soft cheeses.

Reviews and Ratings

Grapes were harvested in the first half of OCtober;fermented cool for approximately 2 weeks to preserve the fresh fruit; no malolactic fermentation; a portion left on fine lees to enhance the aromatic complexity and mouth feel. Peach and citrus aromas dominate with apple, pear and citrus flavours balanced with a clean finish.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
