From Rutherford, Napa Valley, Inglenook 2019 is a juicy Sauvignon-Blanc driven white wine blend with 24% in Sémillon. The wine spent eight months on its lees mostly in stainless-steel tank. Beautifully balanced, this vibrant California white is mouth-coating with dried fine herbs, green olive, lemon-lime, lemongrass and ctirusy flavours rich on the palate. So good now.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: green salads topped with goat cheese, herbed goat cheese galette, brunch dishes.
