Reviews and Ratings

Stephen Andrews reviewed this wine as follows:

Tasted March 23rd 2017. Colour pink on the rim and purple in the centre. Clear and bright. Complex aromas of mint, cherry, plum, blueberry, notes of earth and flowers.
On the palate more black cherry, blueberry, plum and baking spices- cinnamon, clove and vanilla. Notes of leather. Sweet tobacco tannins nice mouthfeel. And a medium finish. 12 months French Oak Bordeaux barrels. This is a nice drinking wine at a good price. Good value. Will last a few more years. Fire up the grill and enjoy with lamb chops. Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
