Howard's Folly Sonhador 2018 is a full-bodied white wine blend of old vines Arinto, Malvasia, Cercial and Fernão Pires sourced from the Alentejo wine region. The wine was produced in Portalegre to the northeast of the Alentejo in the granite foothills of the Serra de São Mamede, where it is cooler giving the wines both complexity and freshness. Look for bright lemon, tropical fruit creamy and zesty on the palate. Drink or hold.

Food pairings: salads, egg dishes, quiches, cold chicken sandwiches.
