From the Ribera Del Duero wine region, Hermanos Pérez Pascuas El Pedrosal Reserva 2009 Tempranillo is fragrant with earthy mushroom, sous bois and dark spicy aromas; dry, full-bodied and savoury with dried cherry, dried sweet tobacco leaf, sassafras and smoky vanilla flavours on the palate. Complex and drinking beautifully now. Pour with roast pheasant, or grilled game sausages.

Food pairings: roast pork, turkey, veal Porterhouse.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
