From Short Hills Bench, Niagara Escarpment wine region, Henry Of Pelham Estate 2019 Gamay is a juicy, fresh 100% Gamay with ripe red cherry, red berry, pepper spice and fine herb flavours on the palate. The vineyard is south-facing and in one of Niagara's warmest wine regions. Warm days and cool nights allow the grapes to ripen fully while maintaining their acidity and freshness. Chill slightly and pour with a pepper steak.

Gamay food pairings: pepper steak, veal chops, lentil stew.
