Reviews and Ratings

A beautiful wine made from Canyonview, an exceptional terraced
bench vineyard hovering above Trout Creek in Summerland. With
hand-selected grapes picked over two di! erent harvests, the concrete-
fermented-wine underwent an EXTREME lees stirring regimen:
multiple times per week, for three months, and no malolactic
fermentation. Our resulting Chardonnay is an elegant wine, with
extremely bright citrus; lime zest on aroma and front of palate, crisp
acidic structure with full mid palate (contribution from lees stirring)
and a long, crisp and chalky " nish. It’s all about the oysters with this
jewel of a wine.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
