Vintages Wine Panel: Here’s a terrific second wine by a legendary producer. Lovely aromas and flavors of black-berry and pipe tobacco greet the nose and grace the palate, all balanced by fine tannins and crowned with a very pretty finish. It’s a wine to be savored sooner rather than later. While your more age-worthy 2005 Bordeaux sit in the cellar, this Pauillac can give you a taste of this marvelous vintage. My note: Classic Bordeaux with cassis, blackberry and blackcurrant. Full-bodied and richly textured.
