A lovely black currant liqueur from New Brunswick. This cassis falvoured after dinner drink is sweet enough to marry well with desserts or enjoy on its own. It's not cloyingly sweet though and well balanced.

Creme De Cassis food pairings: Kir, Kir Royale, ice cream, on its own after your favorite meal.
