Hahn 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is produced by Nicky Hahn & Family. Founded in 1980, the winery continues to be owned and operated by the family. "Hahn" is German for rooster and the reason why a rooster is depicted on the label. Grapes from this California Cab were sourced from Lodi and Paso Robles. The wine is rich, full-bodied and intense with cassis, crushed black raspberry, sous bois, smoky vanilla and spicy flavours fresh on the palate. Tannins are grippy. Pour with a game tourtiere.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: barbecued steak, lamb or hamburgers, tourtiere.
