Kevin Judd produces this signature New Zealand Sauvignon Blanch with classic herbal aromas, fresh cut grass and asparagus with mouth-watering juiciness. Such a food friendly wine. Zesty, crisp, clean and medium-bodied. Ultra-refreshing as an aperitif or companion to line-caught halibut.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: cheese, shellfish, Caesar salad, corned beef and cabbage, turkey pot pie.

Reviews and Ratings

The 2013 for this New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc comes from vineyards in the Wairau Valley. The wine is mostly (90%) fermented in stainless steel tanks and some (10%) in second use French oak barrels to add richness. - Community Wine Reviews
