Such a pretty wine! Highly aromatic with notes of white flowers, honeysuckle and dry apricot. Clean, crisp, dry and refreshing. A wonderful aperitif or companion to many dishes from seafoods to salads.

Pinot Auxerrois food pairings: spinach salad with applewood-smoked cheddar shavings and honey-mustard dressing.

Cody and Brittany
2008 vintage
The Pinot Auxerrois grapes were primarily grown in our own Gray Monk vineyards. Flavours of peaches and sweetened rhubarb with a refreshing underlying acidity.
