Pouring a pale straw with bright chartreuse highlights, this wine opens with ripe papaya, juicy passionfruit and a hint of freshly cut grass. On the palate it’s crisply dry, unveiling tangy lemon peel and grapefruit pith balanced by a subtle savory note that adds depth. A medium-length finish driven by vibrant acidity invites another pour. Best enjoyed through 2026, it’s an ideal match for ceviche, fresh oysters or goat-cheese crostini drizzled with olive oil.
