Reviews and Ratings

Darlene Myers - CAPS Student rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Lately, old vine Zinfandels have been my go to wine. Food friendly and easy to drink all by themselves, and this one didn't disappoint. Rich dark berry flavors with spice, pepper, vanilla and toasted oak. Can't wait to try this one with BBQ ribs.
Sylvain rated this wine as 90/100
This is a dark purple wine with a heady nose of jammy dark berries, which flow into robust flavors of black raspberry, blackberry and black cherry. The finish has an oak signature and comes in at 14.5% alcohol. This wine has the power and structure to stand up to any heavily spiced dish, especially anything in a tomato based sauce. This wine was great. Score: 88 Source: Norm Bentley, pineisland-eagle.com
