Great price for this tasty Italian red wine with spice-black fruit aromas. It's full-bodied, supple, and smooth wine. A terrific party wine for sure to please many palates, or have a big feed of spaghetti and meatballs, or both. Mocha on the finish. Pair with hard cheeses and boisterous conversations.

Ripasso Valpolicella Classico Superiore food pairings: chicken herb-rubbed roast, beef stew with fall vegetables.

A full-bodied Italian red wine blend of Corvina and Rondinella grapes hand harvested in Marano, a hilly region of Valpolicella. Uses the Ripasso method to concentrate the wine -- re-fermentation on the skins of Amarone. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
