A second nouveau wine from George duBoeuf: buy both and compare. This is a lighter, more carefree version of the nouveau style. Cherry-berry and some banana notes. Pair with bistro fare.

Reviews and Ratings

Martha Kelly AIWS - CS rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

This pale purple wine has aromas of raspberry, banana, and cinnamon. With light tannins, refreshing acidity, and light body it will pair well with beef or bison tartar.
Drink now or keep through 2015.
Date tasted: November 2014.
Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

At $10 there is room to take a chance. Pretty pale purple this light-bodied Nouveau has aromas and flavours of strawberry, candied cherry, banana with some subtle smoke. Mild tannins and medium+ acidity. A little medicinal on the back end of the palate.
Pair with chocolate.
Tasted: November 2014
