A bright and zesty 100% Gamay Noir right with dark raspberry, vibrant cherry, earthy violets, vanilla and flinty flavours on the palate. Tannins are fine and velvety. Enjoy now with a roast chicken. Produced fourth-generation winemakers Franck and Cyrille Chavy along with their father, Henri. The vines are planted in the "charmes" and "Corcelettes" climats.

Food pairings: gourmet burgers, grilled game sausages, vegetarian pizza.

Remarkable Roast Chicken Wine

Reviews and Ratings

Georges Duboeuf Domaine Mont Chavy 2017 is a well-priced, medium-plus-bodied Morgon Beaujolais made from 100% Gamay Noir. Lush and juicy with crushed raspberry, plum, vanilla, spicy and flinty flavours on the palate. Tannins are velvety. So nice now. - Community Wine Reviews
