Tall, dark and handsome… just the kind of wine I’d like to meet at a party. Full-bodied, rich and loaded with big, black fruit and smoke. Savoury enough for any hearty meat dish, yet ready to dance with meat lovers’ pizza too. Great date wine.

Food pairings: meat dish, meaty pizza.

Reviews and Ratings

Deep ruby color. Blackberry and cherry-cola aromas are complemented by notes of dried flowers and tobacco. Deep in dark fruit flavours and chewy in texture, with firm tannins adding structure and back-end grip. More serious than the Payouse, with strong finishing thrust and resonant dark fruit notes. Score: 90(+?) Source: Josh Raynolds, International Wine Cellar

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
