Natalie's Score: 90/100

Crisp and fresh Italian white wine that's slightly off-dry creating a lovely savoury note. This is made from mostly Chardonnay grapes and a touch of Pinot Bianco so it has a longer life than 100% Pinot Bianco. Notes of golden apple and lime. Pair with fresh seafood.

Food pairings: lobster in butter sauce, garden salad, grilled seafood.

Reviews and Ratings

Frescobaldi Castello Di Pomino Bianco 2016 is a great value, medium-bodied white wine blend of mostly Chardonnay with some Pinot Blanc from the Tuscany wine region. Very crisp, clean and refreshing with green apple crunch and spicy notes. Pair with light seafood dishes. - Community Wine Reviews
