The best Coppola wine I've tasted yet. Full-bodied, smoky with good acidity and a firm tannic grip. Decant 1-2 hours. Pair with a pepper steak.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: lamb Bolognese, grilled New York strip loin, hard cheese, braised pork shanks, veal chops.

Reviews and Ratings

Tania Thomas - CSW, WSET ADV rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Full bodied, fruit-forward, dry and intense Californian Cab, brimming with aromas and flavours of ripe black cherries and blackberries. Fresh on the palate with balanced acidity, great structure and well integrated smooth tannins, leading to a long, lingering smoke-toned finish. A given as a pairing with perfectly grilled, juicy lamb chops.
