Love this low-alcohol Sauvignon Blanc under 10% abv. Dry, smooth and zesty with ripe tropical fruit and grassy flavours on the palate. Chill and enjoy a glass or two.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: salads, seafood, pasta with cream-based sauce.

Reviews and Ratings

L.J. Palmer rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Terrific wine for the tail end of summer! The wine is very pale lemon, light bodied, dry, aromatic and flavourful and refreshing. Medium nose featuring the citrus family; lime, lemon and passion fruit, with restrained gooseberry and some minerality. Gooseberry continues to the palate, along with lime and lemon zest and bright passion fruit. Mouthfeel is very smooth and soft. Alcohol is low at 9.5% but this does not detract from the flavour profile. This is not an assertive wine and it would be better with simply grilled fish, grilled herbed chicken or grilled shrimp.
Forrest The Doctors' 2018 is a juicy, mouth-watering Sauvignon Blanc from the Marlborough, South Island, medium-bodied with tropical, lime-lemon zest and light herb flavours on the palate and low in alcohol as well. Chill and enjoy now. Pair with fish tacos. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
