Reviews and Ratings

Community Reviewer reviewed this wine as follows:

Elegant, with aromas of sliced strawberries and fresh raspberries. Surprisingly rich, with flavors of baker's chocolate and freshly roasted coffee beans. Generous mouthfeel with a soft finish.

Community Reviewer reviewed this wine as follows:

Élégant avec des arômes de fraises tranchées et de framboises fraîches. Étonnamment riche avec des saveurs de chocolat et de grains de café fraîchement rôtis. Généreuse sensation en bouche avec un fini doux.

Oregon produces some of the world’s finest Pinot Noir. This version offers an intriguing nose that provides suggestions of strawberry and rhubarb mingled with a touch of smoke. Dry and tangy with a good backbone of acidity. Red cherry and earth notes are prominent, and again a nice smoky character adding complexity. Enjoy this very well priced Oregonian. Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Rex Pickett, Sideways

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
