Lively and surprisingly aromatic as often unoaked cool climate chardonnays are fairly subtle. This one is bursting with white peach and green apple. So alive in the glass! Pair with fresh seafood.

Chardonnay food pairings: scallops, grilled seafood, stuffed chicken, beef bourguignon.

Reviews and Ratings

Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Niagara tree fruit and blossoms take centre stage in this unoaked Ontario Chardonnay. Citrus, honey, wet stone and flint are the supporting cast. Light-bodied with refreshing acidity on the palate. Lingering mouth-watering finish. Very enjoyable indeed. Perfect for lighter fare or sipping on it's own. #GoLocal
Matt Steeves - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Crisp and refreshing with sweet orchard fruit shinning bright! Enjoy with summer salads, cobb salad, or fish tacos. Tasted January 2016. 88 points. Matt Steeves - www.quercuvino.ca
This zesty Niagara white wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks (no oak) on its lees at cool temperatures to preserve fruit character and freshness. Racy acidity. Great value. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
