Vintages Release October 30th, 2010.

The grapes for this wine were destemmed and pressed immediately upon arrival to the winery. The juice was cold settled for 72 hours then fermented at cool temperatures (12-13C) using selected yeast strains. A small portion of the juice was fermented at warmer temperatures in neutral French oak to help add structure and texture to the final wine. After fermentation the wine was kept on lees with scheduled battonage (lees stirring) until just prior to final blending. The wine did not undergo malo-lactic fermentation, in order to preserve the tremendous fresh aromas and lively acidity. After protein and cold stabilization the finished wine was filtered before bottling.

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
