Reviews and Ratings

Sylvain Segard reviewed this wine as follows:

Vivid medium ruby colour. Lovely floral nose with black cherries, eucalyptus, white pepper. Smooth and silky mouthfeel. Great balance of soft tannins and juicy acidity. Medium finish of red fruit.
A very nice tipple to enjoy on its own or with a juicy tenderloin, "poulet chasseur" (chicken with mushroom sauce), or hard cheeses. Score 91. (S.Segard, Reviewed Jan. 15, 2015.)
Fess Parker Ashley's (2013) Pinot Noir is lush with concentrated cherry, berry fruit and sweet spice. This vintage was matured 18 months in French oak. Pair it with cedar-planked salmon on the bbq, or cellar for a few years when fruit and oak are better integrated. - Community Wine Reviews
