A rich, medium- to full-bodied red wine with enticing aromas of mocha and black fruit. There's a savoury note on the mid-palate with a satisfying long finish. Perfect for dinner parties and more casual get-togethers. This wine was matured in American oak. Decant 1 hour for maximum pleasure.

Cabernet Franc food pairings: lamb, beef rosciutto, black bean soup.

Reviews and Ratings

Jessica Nagy rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

The rich, leathery fruit of this wine stood up well to the strong flavours of blue cheese at our pairing event, with the right amount of acidity you need to cut through cheese. Definitely needs some time to breathe, so open it up at least a half hour before enjoying.
FUN FACT: This winery practices biodynamic farming and as part of that, they have spring lambs help with pruning extra shoots in the vineyard.
