From the Niagara Peninsula wine region, Featherstone 2023 Sauvignon Blanc is vegan-friendly and produced from sustainably-grown grapes. Produced by David Johnson, this SB is fragrant with white florals and is dry, mouth-watering and intense with fresh green apple, stone fruit, kiwi fruit, melon and lemon grass flavours with a zesty grapefruit zest and minerally finish. Winemaker and co-owner David Johnson worked a vintage in New Zealand in 2007 to learn how to make a New Zealand style Sauvignon Blanc here.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: grilled lemon and herbed chicken breasts, soft cheeses, spring green salads.

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
