From the Niagara Peninsula wine region in Ontario, Featherstone Canadian Oak 2023 Chardonnay is vegan-friendly and produced from sustainably grown grapes from a fully self-sustained winery. The wine was aged in Canadian oak barrels crafted from the oak of trees grown along the Grand River in Ontario. Grapes are also hand-harvested and fermented with native wild yeasts. Fresh and fragrant with yellow apple, toasted nut, fir and campfire smoke aromas mirrored on the palate with a lingering buttery and spicy finish, chill and enjoy it with roast chicken or pork chops from the grill.

Chardonnay food pairings: Asian dishes, crab cakes, pan-fried cod, baked maple ham.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
