Featherstone 2022 Chardonnay is vegan-friendly and produced from sustainably grown grapes from a fully self-sustained winery. Bone-dry and full-bodied, it is a vibrant Chardonnay aged in Canadian oak barrels made from the oak of trees grown along the Grand River in Ontario. Grapes are also hand-harvested and fermented with native wild yeasts. Look for crunchy green apple, toasted nut, buttery and spicy flavours with notes of maple wood smoke creamy and textured on the palate.

Chardonnay food pairings: Asian dishes, crab cakes, pan-fried cod, baked maple ham.

Featherstone 2022 Chardonnay is vegan-friendly and produced from sustainably grown grapes from a fully, self-sustained winery. Bone-dry and full-bodied, it is a vibrant Chardonnay aged in Canadian oak barrels made from the oak of trees grown along the Grand River in Ontario. The 2022 vintage was aged for 10 months in barrel with regular lees stirring. Look for ripe pear, lemon tart, bergamot, subtle spicy, butter and vanilla notes creamy on the palate. Lovely and fresh now, it will continue to evolve in bottle for a few more years. Drink or hold to 2028. - Community Wine Reviews
