Fayolle La Cuvée Nicolas 2017 Crozes Hermitage is a full-bodied, concentrated and intense Syrah sourced from 40-year-old vines planted on granitic and rocky soils in the Lieu dit of "Les Donnieres". Lovely on the nose with ripe red and black fruit aromas, spicy and juicy with dark cherry, red plum, cracked pepper and savoury herb flavours finishing on a lingering mineral note. Pour with roast venison and lamb dishes. Drink or hold.

Food pairings: roast leg of lamb, partridge, grilled prime rib steaks.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
