From the Côtes Du Roussillon wine region, Famille Lafage Lieu Dit Narassa 2017 is a robust southern French red wine blend with aromas of ripe black fruit and smoke. Produced from 82% Grenache and 18% Syrah, look for pepper and cedar spice, olive and ripe dark fruit aromas and flavours on the palate. The Grenache grapes for this vintage were sourced from the slatey soils of Maury with the Syrah from the sandy, granitic soils of Saint Martin de Fenouillet.

Food pairings: tourtière, roast beef, roasted venison.
