Evans & Tate Redbrook Estate 2018 Shiraz is an elegant and juicy, single-vineyard Shiraz from a great vintage. Spicy on the nose with anise and cracked pepper aromas with a mouthful of dark cherry, red plum and smoky vanilla flavours finishing long on the palate. Tannins are fine and powdery. Very nicely done! Drink or cellar for eight-plus years.

Shiraz food pairings: roast leg of lamb rubbed with garlic and rosemary, grilled veal chops, New York strip loin steak from the grill.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
