Crisp, clean and dry: just what you want from bargain Pinot Grigio. This one hails from the northern region of the country best known for the wine. Aromas of lime, white melon and grapefruit. This Black Label from Corno Rosazzo produced by Collavini is a dry white wine with good acidity. Chill well for an aperitif.

Pinot Grigio food pairings: pasta in cream sauce, risotto, summer salads.

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
