Herbed and savoury aromas on this dry, medium-plus-bodied Chilean Carmenère finishing savoury and long on the palate. Tannins are firm and there is good acidity for any dish with a rich tomato sauce.

Carmenère food pairings: lamb cutlets, hamburgers, black bean soup, cheese.
