Eradus' Pinot Gris from Marlborough is a delightful, medium-bodied white wine offering notes of cantaloupe, Bosc pear, Meyer lemon zest and cardamom spice. This dry wine displays supple texture and vibrant acidity that will continue to integrate over the next year. Serve it chilled with pork tenderloin as the wine's fruit purity complements the tender meat, or pair it with pasta in cream sauce where the wine's fleshy character balances the rich dish. Winemaker Michèle Eradus crafts this elegantly fragrant wine with remarkable savory complexity alongside dried oregano notes and succulent mouthfeel. The wine's lengthy, invigorating finish showcases New Zealand's ability to produce Pinot Gris with distinctive personality beyond typical styles. This equally attractive, food-friendly wine represents excellent quality and will drink beautifully through 2027.

Pinot Gris food pairings: pork tenderloin, roast turkey , seafood, pasta with cream sauce.
