A superb Oregonian white wine from the state's iconic white grape Pinot Gris. The vines are planted in the northern Willamette Valley and the winery operates under gravity flow for gentle treatment of the grapes and juice. Aromas of white peach. Pair with seafood.

Pinot Gris food pairings: crab-stuffed-flounder, Asian dishes, stuffed chicken.

Peach and pear aromas with lemon, peach, and honey on the palate. A wonderful flint noted minerality appears towards the finish. Overall an outstanding value Oregon Pinot Gris. Pair with grilled halibut. Tasted July 2017.

Oregon knows Pinot and this Pinot Gris is no short of vibrant, delicious fresh stone fruit goodness! Dominant notes include fresh peach, citrus, and hints of nectarine.
Enjoy this crisp light-bodied summer sipper with Italian seafood salad or shrimp cocktail. Tasted April 2017 by @sommsosa | bespoketastings.ca
Small amounts of Gewürztraminer and Muscat are blended into this Pinot Gris wine from the Willamette Valley in Oregon. Elk Cove (2015) is ripe pear, apple and zesty citrus on the palate. Lovely, lush and mouth coating, with a lingering citrus finish. - Community Wine Reviews
