From the Barossa Valley, Elderton 2018 Shiraz is a smoky, full-bodied 100% Shiraz from the Ashmead Family Vineyards sourced from grapevines between 15 and 100 years of age. Deep violet in the glass and fragrant with ripe plum, dried herbs and baking spice, the wine is dry, intense and lush with plenty of dark fruit, vanilla and toasty oak spice flavours vibrant and creamy on the palate. Tannins are rich. Pour with a roast leg of lamb.

Shiraz food pairings: BBQ meats, hearty meat meals, aged cheddar, grilled lamb.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
