Eye:
Very pale with a ruby rim.

Nose:
Strawberry, Kirsch, vanilla, floral.

Palate:
Silky, supple,elegant, classy and complex with strawberry/cherry, some beetroot and floralness. The silky mouthfeel maintains all the way through a very long finish. Superbly balanced with good acidity.

Value Rating: 90

Other Information:
Vineyard: All fruit sourced from the Similkameen Valley from Clones 114, 115 and 777. Yields ranged between 2.5 - 3 tons per acre.
The grapes were de-stemmed into small open top fermentation tanks, with 10% whole cluster. There was a 4 day cold soak prior to inoculation. The wine was matured in French barrels (21% new) where it spent 10 months until bottling.
